Our Story

We are an independent and full-Italian reality born from the entrepreneurial initiative of a team of professionals who, back in 1993, had the cutting-edge intuition to launch an Italian innovative Virtual Answering Service and from that came the impulse to give life to Numero Blu, a professional and proactive environment with the goal of supporting companies in the management of direct relationships with their customers.
Over the years, we have evolved protecting our independence carefully, fostering our expertise, enriching and enhancing the quality and variety of our offer.
Today we can offer our clients customised BPO SOLUTIONS and SERVICES, CONTACT CENTRE, DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION and highly qualified MARKET RESEARCH services, meeting every need of companies operating in strategic sectors and regulated markets.
