The company is structured in to two dynamic and interlinked divisions: the Contact Center Division and the Market Research Division, enabling us to satisfy different marketing and communication requirements.

Among the 500 seats of the Contact Center about 50 are dedicated to the Market Research Division for CATI/CAWI surveys. We also access field studies that are programmed and hosted by our clients. The Market Research Division relies on a team of researchers, psychologists, sociologists, statistics and qualified IT technicians. All field activities are managed internally.
